So here I am reading Xangel fic, which I do sometimes. I do prefer Spander, but after Nexus and Deadboy & Zeppo, I have traversed some what into Xangel. I just read a couple fics on K&C where Angel is shanshu'd and Xander finds him. In one Spike is dead and the other he is with Buffy...so my question is. Is it neurotic that I was happier that Spike was dead rather than him being with Buffy?

Has any one seen this commercial?

The first time I saw it I laughed so hard I choked on grape kool-aid. Now every time I see it I'm hoping one of the "Jimmys" will punch that guy and beat him with his dipstick.... does that sound harsh?

Hi! I'm posting in my Journal! Wow!

So, today I was at work. I'm a chef in a kitchen at a resort. I do a lot of prep work, if anyone has done prep work or just knows what that entails, than you know that is is usually really tedious. I listen to my iPod at work to keep the voices in my head that tell me to stab people who piss me off quite. I have a tendency to sing out loud with out knowing I am doing it. I can usually stop myself before anyone hears me. Not today. So there I was, cutting up fruit for 200 people, and I happen to look up from my board to see six guys staring at me like I'm crazy. Well crazier than I normally am anyway. Apparently I was standing there singing 32 Down sung by Paul Gross loud enough for everyone to hear me. "What!?!" I say. They just look at me! I mean it's not like they don't know I'm crazy.

I don't know why I had to post this. Sorry for taking up room on any ones friends page.

What the FUCK?

Happy birthday, A. A. Milne! Not coincidentally, it's also Winnie the Pooh Day. Which resident of Pooh Corner do you identify with the most?

Many beloved television shows are no longer with us, like Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Six Feet Under, and Mystery Science Theater 3000. What defunct television show do you miss the most?

We live in uncertain times. Earthquakes, hurricanes, the ever-present threat of zombies—do you have a disaster plan ready in case one of these things happens to you?

Yes, yes I do have a plan and no, I won't tell you what it is. Except for the zombies.. I'll have to add that to my planning as well. One never knows do they?

I usually don't post stuff like this but I needed to tell someone and well, there is no one else here so you (poor sods) get to read it. Anyway my father passed in February and I still have not come to terms with it. Growing up my father and I listened to Billy Joel all the time, we sang all the songs on road trips, blasted him on the radio almost everyday at home. There was not one day that we didn't hear and sing his songs at least once. So let me just tell you that sense he died, every time I would hear Billy Joel I would not be able to listen to it. I would turn it off or leave the room if I had to. But today for some reason while I was doing the dishes and listening to music My Life by Billy Joel came on and I found myself singing it! And not just that, I was dancing around the house like and idiot and I had no feeling to run out of the room! I still have that deep down ache I get whenever I think about him being gone. But I think I am going to be okay. I missed my Billy Joel music. It was our thing, and now I have it back. On a kinda weird note though, right after Billy was done Etta James came on with At Last(great song), kinda fitting no? Thanks for 'listening'. Huro

Writer's Block: Nature Gone Wild

Field mice always sleep facing northwest. Kangaroos can't walk backwards. Female hyenas have penises. Let's face it, nature is weird. What's the strangest thing you know about the animal kingdom?

My cat thinks she is vital to human digestion so she must stare at you when you use the bathroom.

After a long and crappy day I found this and it made me feel better. I was at a point where I didn't think that would ever happen again. Gotta love 'em.

love you xan
for this the *text*  is thoughts/feelings

Watching from between the leaves of the tree, his violet eyes catching the moonlight, he sees the boy hug the red headed girl, *magictreegirl*, and close the door behind him. The boy walks to the sidewalk and stops. He watches him like he has been told. He sees the boy close his eyes and take a deep breath, straighten up from his slouch, turn left and head down the sidewalk. He takes his own deep breath,*sunlightgrasslifesafe*, He climbs down from the tree branch quietly and follows. One block, two, then three. The boy stops and looks around, that is his cue, he runs from behind the tree trunk a half block down and heads as fast as he can toward the boy. Just as he can almost reach out and touch the boy, the boy turns and his eyes flash, the boy plants his feet to brace himself. There is the pattering sound of clawed bare feet running down a sidewalk
now, he leaps grab on to the boys leg just above the left knee, *carefulcarefulnoclaws*, and climbs up the jean clad thigh, around the left rib cage and over the shoulder. He perches him self there with a handful of the brown locks then says as he licks the ear there, "tag, your it Xandee!"

Diff POV-

Xander knew he was being watched. He could feel it on the back of his neck as he walked down the sidewalk. Stopping at the corner three blocks from the girls house he looks around. He hears a noise and turns and smirks, planting his feet waiting for the attack. The noise gets louder just before his attacker grabbed his leg and skitter up his shoulder. He felt the lick on his ear just before, "tag your it, Xandee!". He reached up and grabbed the demon from his shoulder, "You got me Maurice!".

Neither the demon or the boy noticed the flash of yellow eyes and the red glow of a cigarette from a few blocks behind them. Spike flicked the cigarette away as he continued to follow Xander and the small demon into the night.
